About Us
Marsha Mier has worked in accounting for over 40 years. She has worked in a variety of industries including a retail chain store in Sharon, Pennsylvania, plastics manufacturing and product distribution in Canton, Ohio, oil and gas production in Hartville, Ohio, oil and gas transmission in Columbus, Ohio, and for the last five years, in property management.Originally from western Pennsylvania, northeast Ohio and Columbus, Ohio, Marsha made the permanent jump to sunny southwest Florida in September 2016. She joined the team of Complete Property Management in November 2016. She and her sweet pup KatieBlue settled in Bonita Springs and were soon followed by her love, Phil Mier. Phil and Marsha were married in a sunset ceremony on Fort Myers Beach on August 10, 2019, surrounded by family and friends from all over the country and our “framily” from southwest Florida.
Marsha’s family includes her son, CrayRobert, and stepdaughters, Melinda and Amber. Grand-puppies Zero the Hero, Arlo and Bentley complete the family.
Ileana Castro is the administrative assistant at Complete Property Management. She has been with the company for almost 20 years. She handles all correspondence, maintenance requests, and any questions or concerns from owners. She is your liaison if you choose to lease or sell your home, processing the correct forms and documents for approval from the Board.
In her spare time, Ileana enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.
Lee Burgin is the owner and licensed CAM at Complete Property Management. Lee began his career in Property Management in 2011 as an Estate Manager. In 2015, Lee joined the team at C. Allen Properties. Upon the retirement of his partner, the company name was changed to Complete Property Management. Lee is a dedicated Manager focused on strong client relations. His attention to detail management style sets him apart from the rest.
When he isn't busy working, Lee enjoys spending time with his family.
